At CoffeeAM, we strive to ensure every roast meets your expectations, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-perishable items and select gourmet coffees. Please note that due to food safety regulations, certain opened food items may only be eligible for credit or replacement.

Reach out to our team within 30 days of receipt via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
